At SitaPrints, every product is made specially for you. Since our items are personalized, we follow a replacement-only policy.

❌ Returns & Refunds

  • We do not accept returns or refunds on personalized or custom-made products.
  • Each item is uniquely created based on your provided details.

✅ Replacement Policy

We will provide a free replacement if you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective item
  • The wrong item

📸 How to Request a Replacement

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Send:

  • Your Order Number
  • Clear photos or video showing the issue

Once verified, we will:
👉 Process a free replacement at no extra cost

⏱️ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • After that, production starts and cancellation is not possible

  • Double-check your personalization details before ordering
  • We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer
  • Slight variations may occur due to the 3D printing process
